Sexual Harassment Prevention
AB 1825 Compliance

In 2005, California enacted AB 1825 which requires 2 hours of sexual harassment prevention training for supervisory/management personnel every two years. This applies to employers with more than 50 employees (counting temporary workers as well as independent contractors who regularly provide services).

Only trainers with knowledge and expertise in the prevention of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation can provide this training.   Cypress Ridge Solutions’ trainers are highly qualified and receive rave reviews by participants for effective and entertaining programs. (This workshop is available in English and in Spanish)

This 2-hour workshop combines presentation, video clips, and interactive participation to achieve great learning results.  Each participant receives a course workbook that can be kept and used as a handy reference.
