Cherryll Sevy

Cherryll Sevy is President and co-founder of Cypress Ridge Solutions and Insurance Services, Inc., a consulting firm she initially established in 1982 in the high growth, high technology Silicon Valley-San Francisco Bay Area. As a consultant, trainer and speaker, she draws from her comprehensive experiences in Human Resources to help clients attract and retain their top talent. Prior to consulting, Cherryll held professional and human resource management positions with several high technology companies in Silicon Valley. She received a BA degree from University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA. from Santa Clara University.

Professional affiliations include the Society of Human Resource Management and Women in Consulting.  She has taught at San Jose State University and West Valley College/Small Business Institute.  Active in the community, Cherryll formerly served on the Boards of NAWBO-SV, Junior Achievement of Santa Clara County, and Friends Outside of Santa Clara County.

Recognizing the balance in life, Cherryll enjoys running, tennis, golf, and travel.  She is married and the mother of two grown sons.
