Cherryll Sevy has more than 25 years experience of Human Resources experience as a consultant, Human Resources professional and executive, and has served as an Expert Witness in employee-related litigation.
Ms. Sevy has been engaged by counsel on both sides of human resources/employee relations disputes, including corporations, current and former employees. Cases have involved wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination, employee compensation and employment law.

Ms. Sevy has worked as a human resources and management consultant since 1982, in addition to over 10 years of corporate experience in the areas of general Human Resources, Employment, Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Executive and Sales Incentive Plans, Employee Relations, Employee Training/Professional Development, Manager and Supervisory Coaching and Counseling. She is a graduate of UC-Santa Barbara, and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University. Ms. Sevy has earned a designation of CMC ® from the Institute of Management Consultants. The Certified Management Consultant™ (CMC®) certification is awarded to those select consultants (only 10,000 worldwide) who have met global standards for competence, ethics, and results.
She is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management), WorldatWork, the Forensic Expert Witness Association and the Institute of Management Consultants.
