Build Communication & Improve Team Performance

Each participant will understand their own dominant Behavioral Style as well as the other three styles of communication and behavior. This powerful insight and awareness can dramatically improve our relationships, increase sales and productivity, and help us become more successful in communicating and getting things done with others.

In this entertaining and interactive workshop, participants will learn to recognize the four Behavioral Styles and how they impact communication, productivity at work, and all relationships.  Participants will gain insights into their own style, as well as learn about the strengths and challenges of each style, and hear techniques to better understand and communicate with the other styles.  Recognizing that no style is “right or wrong”, just different, participants gain an appreciation of the value each style brings.

Prior to the workshop, participants take a confidential, brief (about 20 minutes) online assessment.  A detailed, comprehensive personal report reflective of their style will be produced and provided at the workshop along with reference materials on all Behavioral Styles.

This workshop is powerful for team-building, improved communication skills for all, reducing conflicts, and improving relationships.
