Commitment to Our Clients

We serve our clients with integrity, competence, independence, objectivity, and professionalism.

Together with our clients, we mutually establish realistic expectations of the benefits and results of our services.  Prior to accepting an engagement, we will mutually agree to the objectives, scope, work plan, and fee arrangements.

We accept assignments for which we are qualified and have the appropriate experience and expertise needed to perform them. Should we assign staff or engage colleagues, they too will have the knowledge and expertise needed to successfully perform the work.

We respect and hold confidential all proprietary or privileged client information, and we always do our best to ensure against access by unauthorized people.

We seek to avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of such and will immediately disclose to our client any circumstances or interests we believe may influence our judgment or objectivity.

If we believe our objectivity or integrity may be impaired, we will discuss it with our client and offer to withdraw from a consulting assignment.

We will not solicit an employee of a client (whether active or inactive), for alternative employment without prior discussion with the client.

Commitment to Financial Integrity

Our fees are reasonable and commensurate with the services delivered and the responsibility accepted.

Prior to an engagement, together with our client, we will agree on terms, fees and expenses.

We do not accept commissions, remuneration, or other benefits from a third party in connection with the recommendations to a client.
