In 2005, Cypress Ridge Solutions and Insurance Services, Inc. was incorporated, expanding our services and product offerings to meet the challenging human resources and insurance needs of our clients. For over twenty-five years, we have been delivering high impact, practical solutions to the human resource issues faced by management. CRS was founded by Cherryll Sevy in 1982 and continues to provide human resource management expertise to start-ups, mid-sized, and several Fortune 1000 companies. 

Our hallmark has been, and continues to be, our ability to ascertain client needs, respond to the ever-changing employment climate and legal requirements, as well as successfully address compensation, retention, and motivation challenges faced by executives.

In 2005, Marc Haberman joined the new Cypress Ridge Solutions and Insurance Services, Inc. and brought over 25 years of life insurance, personal insurance, and group insurance experience. Partnering with corporate and individual clients in Silicon Valley, Marc utilizes his expertise to carefully identify their specific insurance needs and provide the best product solutions, whether it’s key person insurance, executive bonus planning, deferred compensation programs, individual Life and long term care, or group insurance.
