It is based on management interviews and an analysis of a sampling of documents provided by the client. Specific and prioritized recommended actions based on an objective evaluation of your current situation, strengths, weaknesses are included. Purpose of an HR Practices Assessment: - Evaluate current practices in a variety of HR areas and to document these policies, programs and practices to ensure legal compliance and good practices.
- Provide recommendations for new programs, changes and enhancements to existing practices.
An HR Practices Assessment includes: - A comprehensive review of current Human Resource programs and practices in the organization. This includes a review of policies, written documents and meetings with key executives and managers.
- Identification of and recommendations to address shortfalls, enhancements to current programs and/or development of new programs to meet current requirements (legal and business), with consideration of the future needs of the organization.
