Behavioral Styles: Individual Assessment & Coaching Session

Understanding our own dominant Behavioral Style as well as the other three styles in which we all communicate and behave is a powerful insight. This awareness can dramatically improve our relationships, increase our sales, and help us become more successful in communicating and getting things done with others.

The Behavioral Styles Program includes the individual assessment and an hour and a half coaching session designed to:
  • Identify the individual’s behavioral style and how it impacts communication
  • Create understanding of the variations of the behavioral styles
  • Build communications skills and improve communication effectiveness in one’s life, both personal and professional
  • Improve collaboration skills
  • Reduce conflict and improve conflict resolution skills with other styles

Assessment and Individual Coaching Program

  • The individual completes an online assessment tool (DISC questionnaire) prior to the scheduled one-on-one coaching session. This assessment will identify their individual communication style.
  • The individual meets with the Consultant to address client-specific issues to ensure maximum impact and success.
  • The consultant reviews the individual’s assessment report that identifies their behavioral style, describes it’s strengths and limitations, gives a detailed description of the traits of the other styles and effective ways of working and communicating with them. A personalized action plan will be completed at the coaching session.
